Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this site — joining a waitlist, claiming a facility, sponsorship or partnership inquiries, or booking a call — we collect what you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, organization and message.

Payments. If you pay for a facility plan, payment is handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation and basic billing details, never your full card number.

Usage information. We collect standard technical data when you visit: pages viewed, referring site, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and similar analytics.

• To respond to your request, set up your account or facility, and follow up with you.
• To process payments and send receipts or service messages.
• To understand how people use the site and make it better.
• To send updates you've asked for. You can unsubscribe any time.
• To keep the site secure and comply with the law.

We share information only with service providers that help us run Pickup — hosting and database, email delivery, spreadsheets and internal tools, scheduling, analytics and payment processing. They may use it only to provide those services to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We do not sell or rent personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies needed for the site to work and to measure traffic. We do not currently use advertising trackers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

Our court and gym directory lists places, not people. It's built from official parks-department and venue pages. We don't publish personal contact details of staff. If a listing is wrong, email us and we'll fix it.

We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.

Depending on where you live (including California and other U.S. states), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. Email support@playpickup.app and we'll respond within the time the law requires. We won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
