Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 to use the site, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live to buy anything. If you use Pickup for an organization, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.

Our directory is built from public sources and changes constantly. Hours, fees, access rules, open-gym times and booking details may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Listings are provided "as is" for information only. Always confirm with the venue before you go.

Listing a venue doesn't mean we own, operate, endorse or partner with it. Spot a mistake? Email us and we'll fix it.

Basketball is a physical sport. You're responsible for your own health, safety, gear and conduct, and for following each venue's rules. Pickup doesn't run, supervise or insure games, courts or events, and isn't responsible for what happens at them, including injuries, lost property or disputes between players.

• Don't submit false information or pretend to be someone else.
• Don't harass anyone, break the law, or misuse our forms.
• Don't scrape, copy or resell our directory, or try to break or overload the site.

If you sign up for a paid plan, you agree to pay the price shown at signup. Subscriptions renew each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and fees already paid aren't refundable unless the law says otherwise. Payments are handled by our payment processor under its own terms. Facilities are responsible for their own spaces, staff, insurance and permits.

When you send us content — such as venue corrections, photos or feedback — you give us permission to use, edit and display it to run and improve Pickup. You confirm you have the right to share it.

The Pickup name, logo, design, photos, copy and directory are owned by Play Pickup Inc. or our licensors. You may not use them without our written permission, other than linking to our pages.

We link to app stores, venue booking systems and other outside sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

PICKUP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, PICKUP WON'T BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY INJURY OR LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY VENUE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS OR $100.

You agree to cover Pickup for claims and costs arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Using Pickup after changes means you accept them. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.
